Blessings for the children are customarily said at the Shabbat table (Sabbath).
The blessing evokes the names of the matriarchs for girls and the patriarchs for boys and includes the priestly blessing.

"MAY G-D BLESS YOU AND GUARD YOU. MAY G-D SHOW YOU FAVOR AND BE GRACIOUS TO YOU. MAY G-D SHOW YOU KINDNESS AND GRANT YOU PEACE."
